Adjacent to the golf course, the existing dwelling required additions & alterations tailored to the new owner’s lifestyle & the requirements of his family. The client, an avid golfer, required Golf Cart Garages, an additional Ground Floor Living Area, as well as additional outdoor spaces on both the Ground & 1st floors, without disturbing views of the green. The intent was to cater to these requirements whilst blending in with the existing architecture.
